ALIGNING YOUR MERIDIANS

YOUR BODY GOES THROUGH A TWELVE HOUR CYCLE THAT CORRESPONDS TO YOUR ENERGY FLOWS OR YOUR MERIDIANS. EACH MERIDIAN COMES INTO HIGH TIDE OR POWER TIME LIKE CLOCK WORK. YOU CAN BECOME FAMILIAR WITH HOW THE CYCLES OF YOUR BODY CORRESPOND WITH THE MERIDIAN FLOWS BY KEEPING A CAREFUL LOG OF THE TIMES OF DAY. FIND OUT IF YOU LOSE YOUR ENERGY AT A CERTAIN TIME OF THE DAY. LOOK FOR PATTERNS IN YOUR ENERGY OR LACK THEREOF.

THE SPINAL SUSPENSION INCREASES THE WEAK LINK IN YOUR ENERGIES. SO IF YOU ARE GETTING TIRED OF BETWEEN THREE TO FIVE PM, DO THE SPINAL SUSPENSION.
1) STAND WITH YOUR FEET WIDE APART AND
2) PLACE HANDS ON THIGHS ABOVE YOUR BENT KNEES AND STRAIGHTEN YOUR ARMS. YOU MAY LOOK LIKE YOU ARE SITTING ON AN INVISIBLE CHAIR! TAKE SOME DEEP BREATHS.
3) KEEP YOUR KNEES DIRECTLY ABOVE YOUR ANKLES AND KEEP YOUR BACK STRAIGHT.
4) SLOWLY STRETCH ONE SHOULDER ACROSS AND DOWN TOWARD THE OPPOSITE KNEE. REPEAT WITH THE OTHER SHOULDER. YOU CAN FEEL THE STRETCH ACROSS YOUR NECK AND BACK.
5) SLOWLY RAISE YOURSELF WITH YOUR ARMS HANGING DOWN UNTIL YOU ARE IN A STANDING POSITION.
NATIVE AMERICANS AND CHINESE HAVE KNOWN THESE ANCIENT HEALING TOOLS.
