MEDITATION - MY WAY

I HAVE USED TE ELEMENTS OF NATURE TO RELAX AND STAY CALM.  THEIR ARE WAYS TO STAY CALM.  THEIR ARE WAYS TO RELAXE BY VIEWING THE CLOUDS, LISTENING TO THE SONGS OF VARIOUS BIRDS, , AND LISTENING TOTHE WIND AND THE RAIN FALL.  I HAVE WORKED IN NATURE FOR MANY YEARS.  IN SOME WAYS IT HAS BEEN RELAXING TO SEE A VARIETY OF ECOTONES AND LET NATURE TEACH ME ABOUT HOW CERTAIN PLANTS GROW IN DIFFERENT AREAS.

IT IS A WAY TO WAY TO STAY CALM WHILE  THE WORLD PASSES BY.  THE MAIN IDEA THAT NATURE TEACHES ME IS THAT IMPERFECTIONS ARE GOOD.  ALL OF NATURE HAS NO SPECIAL DUPLICATION EXCEPT THAT IN VEGETATION THE PLANTS HAVE SPECIAL LEAF PATTERNS.  I AM NOT A BOTANISTS BUT MANY PLANT LEAVES HAVE PARTICULAR PATTERNS THAT ARE REPEATED.  I HAVE STUDIED ROCKS AND REALIZE THAT THE MANY VARIETIES OF STONES MAKE UP A BEAUTIFUL SCENE.  THE ANCIENT NATIVE AMERICANS KNEW MORE ABOUT MANAGING THE LAND AND PLANTS THAN OTHERS DO TODAY.  THEY CONSIDER EARTH MOTHER TO BE THEIR GUIDE AND ARE GROUNDED IN IT.
