HOW TO RELEASE BUILT UP STRESS

1. EXPEL THE VENOM TO LET STEAM OFF:
STAND WITH YOUR HANDS ON YOUR THIGHS AND TAKE A DEEP BREADTH.
2, SIT ON A CHAIR AND TWIST WITH AN EXHALATION, MAKE A SHHH SOUND AS IF TELLING SOMEONE TO BE QUIET.
3. WITH DEEP INHALATION SWING YOUR ARMS OUT TO THE SIDES AND COMPLETE THE CIRCLE BRINGING THEM ABOVE THE HEAD.
4. TURN HANDS AROUND SO PALMS YOU ARE FACING YOU AND MAKE FISTS
5. AS YOU EXHALE BRING HANDS DOWN AND OPEN NEAR YOUR THIGHS.
6. BRING TO MIND YOUR ANGER AND MAKE YOUR MOVEMENTS QUICK AND FORCEFUL. REPEAT IF YOU WANT.
7.FEEL YOUR POWERS UNFOLDING.

SEPARATING HEAVEN AND EARTH
MOST PEOPLE TEND TO COLLECT TOO BRING FRESH OXYGEN. IT OPENS THE MERIDIANS AND EXPELS TOXIC ENERGY. WE NEED TO EMPTY OURSELVES OF EXCESS ENERGY OR IT BECOMES TOXIC.
1. STAND WITH YOUR FINGERS SPREAD ON YOUR THIGHS.
2. WITH A DEEP INHALATION THROUGH YOUR NOSE, CIRCLE WITH YOUR ARMS OUT AND HAVE THEM MEET IN PRAYER POSITION.
3.INHALE DEEPLY THROUGH YOUR NOSE AND SEPARATE YOUR HANDS AND PUSH THEM IN THE AIR AS THEY ARE PUSHING UP TOWARDS THE HEAVENS.
4. THEN RELEASE YOUR BREATH YOUR THROUGH YOUR MOUTH. PLACE YOUR HANDS IN PRAYER POSITION. DO ONE OR MORE MORE ADDITIONAL LIFTS OF YOUR ARMS. ONE ARM RAISES AND ANOTHER ONE OR MORE ARM RAISES AND ANOTHER ONE LOWERS.
5. BRING YOUR ARM DOWN AND ALLOW YOUR BODY TO FOLD OVER AT THE WAIST.
6. SLOWLY RETURN TO A STANDING POSITION WITH A BACKWARD ROLL OF THE SHOULDERS.

IF YOU ARE PHYSICALLY OR MENTALLY EXHAUSTED, THERE ARE WAYS TO BECOME MORE BALANCED.

1. WHILE STANDING LIFT YOUR RIGHT ARM AND LEFT LEG.
2. AS YOU LET THEM DOWN, RAISE THE LEFT ARM AND RIGHT LEG. IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO DO THIS BECAUSE YOU ARE IN A WHEELCHAIR LIFT ONE KNEE TO THE OPPOSITE ELBOW OR TWIST YOUR UPPER TORSO SO YOUR ARM PASSES OVER THE MIDLINE OF YOUR BODY
3. REPEAT THIS TIME EXAGGERATING THE LIFT OF YOUR LEG.
4. CONTINUE IN THIS EXAGERRATED MARCH FOR A MINUTE AGAIN AND BREATH DEEPLY.
