SUMMER PANIC -TAKING DOWN THE FLAME

1. STAND PLACING YOUR HANDS ON YOUR THIGHS. SENSE ENERGY TRAVELING DOWN YOUR LEGS AS YOU BECOME MORE GROUNDED.
2. BREATHE DEEPLY AND SLOWLY MAKING A Sighing SOUND WITH EACH EXHALATION.
3. INHALE DEEPLY AS YOU CIRCLE YOUR ARMS WIDELY OVER YOUR HEAD. UNTIL THE FINGER TIPS AND THUMBS OF EACH HAND MEET.
4. EXHALE WITH THE HA SOUND.BRING YOUR HANDS TO THE CROWN CHAKRAS.
5. EXHALE WITH THE "HA" SOUND. BRING YOUR THUMBS TO THE CROWN POINT OF THE THIRD EYE.
6.EXHALE WITH THE HA SOUND. BRING YOUR THUMBS TO THE POINT NEAR YOUR BREAST.
7. EXHALE WITH HA SOUND, BRING YOUR THUMBS DOWN SO THE FORM A PYRAMID. KEEP THEM IN THIS POSITION AND IN HALE.
8. EXHALE AGAIN AND FLATTEN YOUR HANDS AND STRETCH THEM DOWN TO THE ORIGINAL POSITION AT YOUR THIGHS. BEND DOWN TO YOUR KNEES. STILL HANGING OVER BRING YOUR HANDS DOWN.
9. BENDING OVER, EXHALE WITH THE HA SOUND AS YOU RETURN TO A FULL STAND. FINALLY EXHALE WITH A WITH AN AH SOUND.
