HOW TO NIP A COLD

LIFT UP YOUR CHEST UP HIGH AND SPREAD YOUR FINGER HIGH IN USING YOUR FINGER HIGH AND BRING IN YOUR PRAYER POSITION.  INHALE THROUGH NOSE WITH ARMS OUT AND DEEPLY EXHALE.  DO ANOTHER DEEP INHALATION.  RELEASE YOUR BREATH.  DO ONE OR MORE TRADITIONAL LIFTS.  HANG THERE AND BEND KNEES.  WHEN TAKING A SHOWER USE THE TOWEL TO RUB.

DO 3 THUMPS ROUTINELY.  TAP ON YOUR RIGHT AND LEFT SCAPULA AREAS.  TAP ON YOUR CHEST BONE,  THEN RUB UNDER YOUR BREASTS.

GET A SPINAL FLUSH OR PRESS A TENNIS BALL A LONG YOUR SPINE.  USE A SMALL SPOON UNDER YOUR FEET TO BEGIN TO GROUND.
